Why DualTech Cleaning?
The advantage of having dual brushing technology is that carpet dirt gets cleaned out from all angles. The rotating brushroll digs into the carpet threads from top to bottom while the SpinScrub brushes provides comprehensive coverage from side to side. By itself, it is quite obvious that the SpinScrub rotating system is sufficiently capable in taking out a lot of stains and dirt. The Powerbrush roll is an additional insurance against anything else that is stubborn. It also doubles up on the level of cleaning done with each cleaning pass.
Beyond that, some users like that the brushroll can help to groom the carpets. On the negative side, some people may not like having the additional brushroll out of concern that it will cause berber carpets to fuzz. So far, we haven’t heard that it’s a problem.
